OH my! ;) We blew out all the power in a corridor of a hotel in France when using a hair dryer... oops! ;)
ReplyDeleteAsk the front desk for a converter!
ReplyDeleteAnd ask your guide where you can get a new curling iron!!
You look great! Who needs curls! The boys love you anyway you are!
oh many a small appliance are tossed in the can of 5 star hotels in china :)
ReplyDeleteoh bummer!! i hate the driers there- they are like pretend dryers for little girls emmitting the slightest cool breeze-- could take DAYS to dry one's hair!!!
ReplyDeletelol...I went the whole trip without a decent hair dryer! I was miserable. This is hysterical!
ReplyDeleteA regular converter won't help you. There is a special kind that lets you set the voltage. I was never able during our two weeks there to obtain one that allowed my curling iron to work (though on the 3rd try we finally found one that allowed the kids' DSIs to charge). I spent the whole trip with uncurled hair.
